Plauen has 6 metre gauge lines numbered 1-6 and operates a fleet of ČKD
modernized KT4DC trams which were originally built between 1981 & 1988
including some Zwickau second hand units acquired in 1989. 232 was built in 1988 (serial number 177288) and was modernized in 1994 and fitted with chopper controls in 1998. Plauen KT4DC 232 running along Bahnhofstrasse with a number 2 service on Monday April 24th, 2006. |
