Plauen has 6 metre gauge lines numbered 1-6 and operates a fleet of ČKD
modernized KT4DC trams which were originally built between 1981 & 1988
including some Zwickau second hand units acquired in 1989. 218 was built in 1983 (serial number 173024) and was modernized in 1994 and fitted with chopper controls in 1998. Plauen KT4DC 218 turning onto Bahnhofstrasse with a number 1 on Monday April 24th, 2006. |
