Plauen has 6 metre gauge lines numbered 1-6 and operates a fleet of ČKD
modernized KT4DC trams which were originally built between 1981 & 1988
including some Zwickau second hand units acquired in 1989. 206 was built in 1981 (serial number 170944) and was modernized in 1994 and fitted with chopper controls in 1998. It was withdrawn and scrapped in 2006. Plauen KT4DC 206 on Bahnhofstrasse with a number 5 service on Monday April 24th, 2006. |
