Cottbus 169

Cottbus is a metre gauge system with 4 routes. Tram 169 was originally a ČKD KT4Dfrom 1981 numbered 16. In 1994 it was re-numbered to 69 (previous 69 was an ex-Erfurt tram which became 16 and in 1997 was sold to Brandenburg and ultimately to Liepaja in Latvia). It was modernized to type KT4DM in 1995 and then in 1998 it had a low floor centre section added which updated it to KTNF6 and the number was changed to 169.

Cottbus 169 on route 4 is seen turning left into Thiemstraße from the Stadtring on Friday May 9th, 2003. It carries overall advertising for Jägermeister liquor.
