Cottbus 142.

Cottbus is a metre gauge system with 4 routes. Tram 142 was originally a ČKD KT4Dfrom 1987 numbered 42. In 1994 it was modernized to type KT4DM and then in 1998 it had a low floor centre section added which updated it to KTNF6 and the number was changed to 142.
