Berlin trams 6001 to 6173 were built by CKD in the Czech Republic between 1980 & 1986 as KT4D. They were modernized by Bautzen from 1994 to 1997. They are rated at 160 kW, 214 hp and seat 35.

Berlin trams carry their numbers close to the front door and smaller numbers on the frame on the non-door side. These numbers are difficult to read on some photos which result in a lot of unidentified Berlin trams. Photos for these unidentified units are listed by route numbers at the bottom of the relevant pages.
