Berlin is a standard gauge system and in 2007 there were 9 MetroTram
routes (M1 to M17) & 22 tram routes numbered 12 to 68. Tram 6150 was built by ČKD in 1986 (serial number 175858) as a model KT4D (without thyristor control) numbered 219 498-3 (aka 9498) and modernized to class KT4D-mod by Bautzen in 1995 (works number 884/150).
