Berlin is a standard gauge system and in 2007 there were 9 MetroTram routes (M1 to M17) & 22 tram routes numbered 12 to 68.
Tram 1085 was built by ADtranz in 1997 (serial number 22578 to 22580) and is classified as a GT6N. It is a 6-axle 3-car articulated vehicle which seats 58 passengers and has a top speed of 75 km/h, 46 mph.
