Konstal built the 13N tram model from 1959 to 1969 and it is based on the PCC design. They are 4-axle conventional trams seating 22 passengers. There are 4 41.5 kW motors to drive the 4 axles for a total rating of 166 kW, 223 hp and the top speed is 68 km/h, 42 mph.
