Praha T3M & T3M2-DVC Tram Photos

The T3M trams are converted T3 models fitted with a TV1 controls using thyristor technology. Conversions were made from 1976 to 1981 and cars were assigned numbers 8005 to 8106. Between 1996 and 1999, 18 cars were converted from T3M to T3M2-DVC with new bodies but retained their T3M numbers.  From 2005, because of a TV1 spare parts shortage, some T3M trams were upgraded to T3R.P and T3R.PV standards.
