1610 hp, 1200 kW, 75 mph, 120 km/h.  15,000 V AC built from 1978-1987. 3 car electric multiple unit consisting of a driving power car (4020), an intermediate trailer and a driving trailer (6020 steuerwagen). A total of 184 all second class seats.

6020 101-9 at Innsbruck Hbf was the lead unit of train R5113 (11:04 Kufstein to Telfs-Pfaffenhofen) on Thursday September 20th, 2001. The 4020 class power unit with pantograph is at the other end.
