1610 hp, 1200 kW,  75 mph, 120 km/h.  15,000 V AC built from 1978-1987.
1 driving power car an intermediate trailer and a driving trailer. 184 all second class seating.
4020 096-6 was built by SGP in Graz (serial number 78376) and entered service in early 1985.

ÖBB Unit 4020 096-6 in St Pölten Hauptbahnhof on Thursday May 15th, 2003. It was surrounded by apprentices with some also in the cab watching emergency brake applications.
