Jenbach for the
ÖBB as well as others for industry plus exports to Russia, Italy,
Luxembourg and Yugoslavia. These locomotives are 4 wheel, diesel
hydraulics rated at 294 kW, 394 hp and this loco has a top speed of 40
km/h, 25 mph painted on the rear. This locomotive was built by Jenbacher Werke (serial number 3.609-123) in December 1965. 2062 057-1, looking rather sad, stands in a line of locomotives outside the diesel depot at Wien Ost on Wednesday April 28th, 2004. |
