Montreal 2056 (ex-Springfield 575)

This car was built by Wason Mfg Co. in Springfield, Mass in 1927 as Springfield Street Railway 575. In 1940 when the Springfield system was closed it was sold to Montréal and was numbered 2056. Withdrawn in 1959 it was acquired by the Connecticut Trolley Museum in East Windsor, CT.

Montreal 2056 crosses Borrup Road as it heads east on the museum track in August 1977.
