Ostrava tram system runs on standard gauge tracks and there are 15 routes
numbered between 1 & 19. All cars in service prior to 1997 were Tatras
built by ČKD when some low floor Škoda Astras were purchased and in 2002
an order was placed with INEKON for their 01 TRIO model. 802 was built by ČKD in Prague in 1966 as a 6-axle 2-section articulated K2 tram and it was modernized in 2004 to K2P. Tatra K2P 802 at Dr. Malého tram stop in Vitkovická ulice on Wednesday June 29th, 2005. |
