Ostrava tram system runs on standard gauge tracks and there are 15 routes
numbered between 1 & 19. All cars in service prior to 1997 were Tatras
built by ČKD when some low floor Škoda Astras were purchased and in 2002
an order was placed with INEKON for their 01 TRIO model. 1037 was built by ČKD in Praha in 1965 as a T3 numbered 720. In 1980 it was modernized to T3M and in 1997 was renumbered to 1037 and classified as T3G T3G 1037 on line 2 at Vítkovice vysoké pece on Wednesday June 29th, 2005. |
