Budapest has an extensive system of trams lines numbered between 1 and 69 with gaps due to line closings over the years.
The lines are standard gauge. Link to the

surplus cars for sale. These were of type TW6000 built between 1974 &
1993 for street and high speed reserved trackage.
1522 was built in 1975 at Hannover 6033 and entered service in Budapest in October 2001. 1522 arrives at the route 69 terminus at Mexikói út on Sunday May 2nd, 2004. |
