Mannheim has 7 tram routes numbered from 1 to 7. MVV (Mannheim transit) runs exclusively
on routes 1, 2, 7 & 9 and shares traffic with VBL (Ludwigshafen) on routes
3, 4 & 6. Both companies run on metre gauge track. Line 5 is the OEG between
Heidelberg & Ludwigshafen via Mannheim. As well route RHB (Rhein-Haardtbahn
GmbH) runs from Mannheim to Bad Duerkheim. MVV has 50 Düwag MGT6 (metre gauge-articulated 6 axle) units numbered between 601-650 which were delivered from 1994 to 1996. Number 620 dates from 1995.
