Augsburg is a metre gauge system with 4 routes. Tram 801 is a GT8 (8-axle
articulated) built by MAN/Düwag between 1975 & 1976. Augsburg has 12
of these numbered from 801 to 812. It seats 61 passengers and operates on 600 volts. GT8M 801 approaches the Königsplatz while working on line 4 to Augsburg Nord on Tuesday October 21st, 2003. This track is for trams running straight through while the other track is for trams heading in the same direction but turning left. The track for the other direction runs close to the wall on the right. |
