Ostrava has 10 trolleybus routes totaling about 73 km, 45 miles in length.
600 volt system. 17Tr apparently was a Škoda prototype design that never
entered production. 3 were built in 1989 & 1990 and the bodies were acquired
by Ostrava between 1996 & 2000 and were put into operation using electrical
components of type 14Tr. Škoda 17Tr 3901 on line 110 at the main railway station on Tuesday June 28th, 2005. |
