Toronto Airport Cable cars

There are 2 6-car units in shuttle service that link terminals 1 & 3 with a parking lot at Toronto International Airport (YYZ) which were built by DCC (Doppelmayr Cable Car Gmbh in Wolfurt, Austria). The line is 1.47 km long with 3 stops and has a top speed of 43 km/h, 27 mph. The trains hold 150 passengers and run on rubber tires using a cable system for propulsion. The unit on the runway side is number 1 and the other is number 2. The units have doors on one side only for the island platforms.
