Toronto Subway

The Toronto Subway runs on 1495 mm gauged track ( 4' 10 7/8") which is the same as the streetcars. There are 3 lines with the north-south Yonge line being the 1st built in 1954 and it was followed later by the east-west Bloor-Danforth line and recently by the east-west Sheppard.
