Innsbruck has 3 streetcar routes numbered 1, 3 & 6 plus the
Stubaitalbahn which runs into the country. It is metre gauge. Built
1962/3, eight axle trams no. 51 to 53 were bought from Bielefeld (Germany). #53 was built in 1962 by DÜWAG/Kiepe originally as Bielefeld 814. Tram 53 (3 car unit) on route 6 bound for Igls traveling south along Bruneckerstraße heading towards the Hauptbahnhof on Thursday September 20th, 2001. |
