The tram network of Graz consists of 7 routes numbered 1, 3 through 8. The
system is standard gauge and runs on 600 volts. Tram 584 is a 8-axle
articulated tram rebuilt from a 6-axle class 260 by inserting a
ex-Wuppertal centre unit. There are 4 units in this class converted
between 1997 & 1998. These trams seat 58 passengers and are rated at
220 kW, 295 hp with a top speed of 60 km/h, 37 mph Graz 584 is leaving Eggenberger Straße and entering Annenstraße near the Hauptbahnhof while heading an eastbound number 6 service on Wednesday October 22nd, 2003. |
