The tram network of Graz consists of 7 routes numbered 1, 3 through 8. The system is standard gauge and runs on 600 volts. There were 22 6-axle trams (261-283) built by Lohner (initial 4) and by SGP Graz from 1963 to 1966. These units seat 38 passengers and are rated at 220 kW, 295 hp using 4 traction motors mounted in the leading and trailing bogies.
