ÖBB 1141 Electric Locomotive. There were 30 members of class 1141 built from 1955 onwards as a higher speed version of class 1041. These are Bo-Bo locomotives rated at 2480 kW, 3325 hp and have a top speed of 110 km/h, 68 mph.

1041 005-8 was built by SGP in Graz in May 1952 (serial number 52737) with BBC electrics and was originally numbered 1041.05. It was withdrawn on September 1st, 2003 about 7 weeks before the photograph.
1141 028-9 was built by SGP in Graz in November 1957 (serial 56369) with AEGU electrics and was originally numbered 1141.28. It was withdrawn from service in December 2003.
