ÖBB 1063 Electric Locomotive. The class was introduced in 1982 for shunting and trip-freight working with a rating of 1520 kW, 2040 hp and a top speed of 80 km/h, 50 mph. The first 37 locos are dual voltage ( 15,000 & 25,000 Volts A.C.) to allow them to work into yards in neighbouring countries.
1063 038-2 was built by SGP in Graz (serial number 80138) in November 1990 and was the first single system 1063 built.
